To be held at JPS fields on 2 Pickett District Road in New Milford.  

 

​Paint The People is an interactive community Paint festival.  All proceeds benefit Village Center for the Arts, a nonprofit community fine art center.  There will be a variety of audience-participation activities, artists showcasing their talents, and musical entertainment.

 

This spectacular event will not be possible without our wonderful volunteers!

 

Here are the volunteer opportunities for Paint the People

 

​*  Assist with final preparations for the event at VCA.

*  Set up for PTP​

 

* The event - help out with activities, stage and other jobs.

 

*Clean-up is as critical as set-up!!

Once you have registered to volunteer, you will be invited to view the volunteer online schedule where you will sign up for the job and time that you want to help. This is by email invitation only once you have registered. VCA reserves the right to change your job choice.

Volunteers ages 12 and up are welcome to help, although children ages 12-17 will need a parent signature and to be approved by VCA. It is important that volunteers are completely aware of their role, and the expectations of VCA; depending on the role you take on, you might be asked to attend a planning meeting prior to PTP.
